There's an eighth continent, sort of. Decades
of human waste in the ocean has created a floating cloud of
trash in the north Pacific Ocean known as the "Great Pacific
Garbage Patch", a Texas-sized collection of nearly microscopic
bits of plastic and debris. And now, Del Monte and 7-11 have
teamed to bring you the latest and greatest in more unneeded
plastic: individually wrapped bananas.
