This English short documentary looks at a local columnist, who dives into his troubling memories of war as a young man. The story reflects the humanity and moral difficulties experienced as a young Australian soldier during World War Two. He contemplates the effects of seeing Hiroshima just months after the A-Bomb dropped and the inhuman orders he was made to obey while transporting war prisoners and expatriates. In consideration of this haunting history, Tony questions whether his loved ones are looking down on him as he strolls through the gardens where they once may have visited.
