Tim and Laurel Iwig own and operate an independent dairy in Kansas that has been in business for nearly a hundred years, but thanks to poor sales and a slowed economy, they are faced with bankruptcy. What, if anything, is the federal government doing to help the Iwigs, who along with their small business peers make up over 90% of U.S. companies?
